Seriously as as server for the past 10 years I finally found the "Pit Of HELL!" The Bartender (Melissa) was so rude. Asked for a drink and she was mad to do it. She sat and aate her lunch with her friends at the end of the bar. Really.... This was our first and now last time here! Don't stop unless you want Rude service and scuzz that can treat you like crap because I guess they locals

This little place is out in the middle of no where! My parents live out in Port Charlotte and of course I was casing the area for dive bars that were close in the area and where we could walk to. I loved this little place. We stopped in during the day.. not a soul was in here but at night it picks up a little bit and there is Karaoke. It feels like one of those backwoods places that you hear the banjos on the porch, it was soo warm that night. I loved it. We walked from my folks but taxied back. I had a really good time but be aware they can smoke in the bars here. I had forgotten that, coming from Portland where they don't allow it. I will stop in again when I go back to see my parents. This is the first year I've seen them there since they moved. They recently moved to the area.
